Artemis engineers at Husum

Artemis engineers will be supporting colleagues from Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe (MPSE) and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) at Booth no 2A03 at the Husum Wind Energy event in the north of Germany from Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st of September.

Artemis is working with their parent companies to build the world’s largest wind-turbine to date. The new SeaAngel™ offshore turbine, features a Digital Displacement® transmission and will have a rotor diameter of over 165 metres and a 7 megawatt (MW) electrical output and demonstrates a dramatic new approach to the challenges of offshore power. SeaAngel™ is set to enter service in 2015.
